What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Deal Desk Analyst.

This role is designed to serve as an important member of the growing Sales team, helping to ensure the accuracy of customer subscriptions, scalability of our quoting process, and helping to drive reporting and analysis to achieve our operational targets.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Be the Sales contact for cross-departmental inquiries about pricing, the quoting process, order form modifications, and other general inquiries.
  • Drive compliance from Sales of quoting policies and procedures (i.e., discounting, non-standard terms)
  • Partner with Business Systems to develop and maintain a scalable quoting infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and guidance on quoting process / policies
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required; Finance or Business Degree preferred 
  • 1+ years experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy, and a dedicated work-ethic
  • Strong critical thinking skills, innovative spirit, and creativity to design scalable processes
