Assistant Store Manager

  • The Assistant Store Manager will provide best-in-class customer experience that exemplifies Wayfair’s commitment to relentless customer focus. They will work with the Store Manager to communicate all metrics and expectations with the store employees, as well as coach, develop and lead all aspects of development for a team of Design Advisors. They will maintain leadership presence to drive sales, manage the floor, and act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence. ASMs will also ensure the execution of visual merchandising standards within the store.

Operations and Visual/Stock Associates & Specialists:

  • The Stock Associate & Specialist positions at Wayfair are a mix of both back of house duties, such as receiving stock, organizing the back of house, and creating vignette’s every 3-4 months, and front of house responsibilities such as sales and answering customer questions. Our Stock Associate/Specialist’s time will be split 80/20. 80% of the time they will be customer facing and creating a warm welcoming environment. The other 20% of the time, they will be conducting their back of house responsibilities.

Part-Time Sales Associates

  • The Sales Associate will be a warm, welcoming presence when the customer walks in the store. They will act as a concierge and help answer customer questions and at times, even help the customer shop. Sales Associates will use their customer facing skills to ensure that customers find what they need and are well informed about their purchases.
