Yotpo is seeking an experienced Deliverability Manager to join our team. The Deliverability Manager will oversee our top-tier clients’ deliverability health, provide deliverability support and will manage our IP pools’ reputation. The Deliverability Manager will be the go-to person for email sending best practices, solving and preventing deliverability issues, and constantly improving our clients’ deliverability rates.

Our Deliverability Manager will also work closely with Product & R&D to shape the deliverability roadmap and contribute to the Yotpo Email product evolution. 

This role combines analytical skills, technical understanding, and customer-facing experience in a high-paced dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Active monitoring of clients’ deliverability rates on a daily basis
  • Help, coach, and monitor a portfolio of assigned clients on deliverability topics
  • Troubleshoot and collaborate to find solutions to deliverability issues as they arise.
  • Manage deliverability and delivery dashboards, reports and alerts, including bounce logs.
  • Manage IP pools and IP reputation.
  • Maintain relationships with ISP and other email providers.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending practices.
  • Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with mailbox providers.
  • Support clients’ migration.
  • Staying up to date on trends and technologies in the deliverability and delivery space.
  • Educating customers on email marketing best practices.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and create strategic plans to improve their outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to assist in improving tools and capabilities offered by the deliverability Product & R&D team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience in an email deliverability role
  • Analytical, data-driven background, able to independently run reports, analyze data and provide insights and concrete recommendations
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably working at an ESP, familiar with approaching clients and assisting with their needs in the delivery and deliverability needs.
  • Have good technical understanding of email authentication protocols, email-related DNS record types, bounce handling, spam traps, etc. 
  • Have good knowledge of email regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM), 
  • Experience with third-party analysis, monitoring and testing tools, like Litmus, Google Postmaster Tools and SNDS

Base salary $120,000 - $150,000

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
