The Team & Role
As a Zuora Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Zuora Billing and CPQ solutions for enterprise customers. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, customers, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, optimizing subscription management and recurring revenue operations.
Your responsibilities will cover the entire implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, creating technical documentation, configuring systems, conducting testing, and guiding customers on Zuora best practices to ensure seamless deployments and release cycles.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience consulting on SaaS enterprise software, strong customer-facing analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing expertise in Zuora’s platform.
This is a location-specific position that requires you to come into the office regularly to be most effective.
Zuora Costa Rica office (Heredia): Multiple office days with some remote flexibility.
25% travel required for customer on-site engagements in North America and Canada.
What you’ll do
Solution Design & Implementation SupportAssist the Solution Architect in designing and delivering Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations. Configure solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices. Support technical integrations with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Workday) systems. Requirements Gathering & Documentation Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including API integrations, workflows, and solution designs. Testing, Troubleshooting & Support Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution before deployment. Work with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues. Assist in customer training and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of Zuora solutions.
Your experience
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting for Enterprise Software implementations.
- Experience working in all stages of the implementation lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience gathering requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to provide fit/gap analysis and document requirements.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers in complex project implementations.
- Familiarity with coding or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Revenue, Billing, CPQ, finance, or subscription management implementations.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Workday) integrations.
- Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP) for system integrations.
- Experience with data migration and system integration strategies.
