As a Yotpo Revenue Operations Manager focused on the Delivery Organization, you will focus on optimizing the operation of our Delivery Organization - Focusing on support and solution engineering. If you enjoy drawing insights from data and translating them into impactful action plans; if you like making order out of chaos, working cross-functionally with a range of teams and personalities, and you’re always looking for ways to optimize then this job is for you! 

We are looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a solution oriented mindset, attention to detail, willingness to manage multiple priorities, and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively.

You will:

  • Orchestrate the design and implementation of plans and service models. This includes SLAs, segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, team structure, etc.
  • Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business. 
  • Identify areas of opportunity and weakness and create and execute plans to tackle those.
  • Design processes and flows - automations and people - to optimize the operation according to the key metrics you will define.
  • Create executive–level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organize quarterly business reviews.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.

About you:

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in CS/sales/delivery/business operations roles, business analyst roles, project management roles or consulting
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis 
  • Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
