• Delivery Discipline: You connect and coordinate teams across different departments. In addition you work with these teams and optimize their internal delivery structure
• Data-driven Approach: You use existing fitness metrics to make decisions based on data especially for estimations and initiative planning
• Scalable Influence: You coach teams and individuals so they can learn from you and become delivery managers themselves
• Process Optimization: You understand that projects have a higher chance to succeed when you have good workflows in place. You are able to sense and react regarding when it’s time to slow down the project and improve the system
• Collaborative Focus: You work alongside Product Managers, engineering leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that the work is flowing and the focus is on the right things at the right time

Must-haves:

• Project Management Experience: You have a strong background in project management for software development
• Methodology Proficiency: You have theoretical and practical experience with project management principles  like PMBOK or PRINCE2

• Technical Expertise: You are skilled in advanced project management topics like flow management, flow metrics, Kanban Method, probabilistic estimation techniques like Monte Carlo Simulation, Flight Levels, Lean, and Theory of Constraints
• Flexibility in Execution: You are solid on the WHY and WHAT while being flexible on HOW
• Respectful Change Agent: You respect without judgements the current process and at the same time you pursue evolutionary change
• Influential Communication: You are a strong communicator and coach who can influence different layers on the organization by asking the right questions
• Tooling: You are capable of maintaining processes and workflows in Jira and act as an Admin for this tool
• Continuous Learning: You are a lifelong learner and desirably an active member of the project management community

• Team Insight: You develop a deep understanding of our teams
• Product Familiarity: You are familiar with EGYM products and the ecosystem
• Role Clarity: You have a good understanding of the roles of the different teams in the software engineering department
