Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager
Why We Have This Role
We’re looking for an experienced Field and Demand Generation manager who has exceptional experience in managing and running strategic marketing programs within Germany and the Benelux region.
This person will be focused on building the Qualtrics brand within Germany, alongside generating and progressing quality leads and pipeline for our sales team. This person would be part of our regional Demand Generation & Field Marketing team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and they will work collaboratively across other marketing teams such as Brand, Digital, Communications, Thought Leadership, and Product Marketing.
We are looking for someone who is exceptional at partnering with Sales and Customer Success in order to develop inspiring and high-impact marketing strategies and drive strong execution of campaigns, evergreen, and events. In particular, this individual will have a passion and experience for developing marketing activations for Enterprise strategic accounts in the form of 1:1 account-based marketing.

Things You’ll Do
ABM Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies to engage high-value Enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and create personalised marketing plans.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform ABM strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the regional activation of global campaigns, including inputting field priorities into campaign scope, developing regional activation plans and account segmentations.
- Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and measure campaign performance.
- Optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Field Marketing Activities:
- Plan and execute field marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Develop localized marketing programs and assets tailored to the DACH and Benelux regions.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment and support for regional marketing activations and across the marketing mix.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Advise DACH and Benelux sales leadership, product marketing, brand, digital demand generation, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive market strategy and a relevant regional mix.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports on ABM and field marketing activities to senior leadership.
Budget Management:
- Manage field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on ROI of marketing programs and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For On Your CV
- We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the field and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- This individual should have a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
- Previous experience in B2B marketing and events, particularly in the enterprise software or SaaS industries, would be highly beneficial.
- Additionally, experience in regional marketing would be a plus.
- Finally, the ability to travel across the United Kingdom & Ireland region is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Excellent copywriting skills for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials
- Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress, Coda, Qualtrics and other event management software
