What we’re looking for…

 

We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Campaign Manager to drive integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate growth. This role will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, and optimization across key product lines—working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, and Web.

 

You will lead full-funnel campaign execution with a focus on paid media, account-based experience (ABX), nurture, and conversion across Restorepoint, Skylar RCA, and other product-led growth initiatives.

 

What you’ll be doing…

 

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of campaign execution—from initial planning through multichannel launch and performance optimization—to ensure every campaign drives measurable pipeline impact.

 

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns for product-led motions.
  • Create and manage campaign briefs, calendars, and timelines.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging into compelling offers.
  • Manage multichannel activation across email, digital, paid, and sales enablement.
  • Build nurture tracks and ABX flows aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and Field Marketing to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and funnel progression.
  • Partner with RevOps and Digital teams to ensure accurate attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Optimize campaign offers, landing pages, and CTAs for performance lift.
  • Report on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

 

Qualities you possess…

 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaign marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive. pipeline and revenue growth across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with ABM, marketing automation, paid media, and lead nurture.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset, eager to experiment and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Experience in enterprise software or IT infrastructure preferred, with a focus on product-specific marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and digital campaign tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
