Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

About You

We’re looking for a growth-oriented marketer Tulip ready to help drive the scale up of the fastest growing industrial start up in the world. You believe marketing can and should contribute directly to a company’s bottom line, and you have a track record of successful campaigns to prove it. You’ve been known to manage multiple programs at one time, and enjoy designing integrated lead generation campaigns that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase product adoption, and expand awareness.

What skills do I need? 

  • Minimum of 4 years B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and tactics - email marketing, ads, events, and how to adapt tactics to different audiences and goals
  • Knowledge of core B2B and saas metrics, experience working in SaaS and/or with a mix of commercial and enterprise sales a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration, enjoys working independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complicated concepts in clear and concise terms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of integrated campaigns, focused on key industries and use cases that are designed to generate leads for the enterprise and commercial sales teams
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies.
  • Create optimized programs to generate leads and adoptions at scale across a number of audience segments.
  • Utilize customer buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs.
  • Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
  • Develop promotional content and stories designed to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts.
  • Manage program budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
  • Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
  • Analyze and report on performance to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making focused on campaign optimization.
  • Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
