We are looking for a Demand Planner to lead improvements in forecast accuracy and support the Operations team in using the most up-to-date data to make better decisions. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will work cross-functionally to strengthen our demand planning process and drive supply chain improvements/ optimization. This is a key role with a significant impact on all areas of the business.

  • Gather and analyze complex data to develop short and long-term forecasts, in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Culinary and our global Data Science teams
  • Communicate forecasts broadly across the organization and at a cadence and level of detail suitable for each group of users
  • Identify and drive changes to improve forecast accuracy by day, SKU and DC
  • Maintain close relationships with all stakeholders to ensure strong communications and dissemination of information
  • Process order/ delivery lists and facilitate communication of information to all stakeholders
  • Work with Supply Planners and Procurement Operations to plan optimal resources to fulfill demand over short- (1-2 weeks), medium- (3-6 weeks) and long- (7+ weeks) terms; shape/ steer demand where required
  • Be a data champion for the Planning team - support in automating processes, performing complex analysis, and providing meaningful and actionable insights to improve performance
  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports/ dashboards on Planning team KPIs (including but not limited to forecast accuracy KPIs)
  • All other duties, as assigned

  • 2+ years of relevant supply chain experience in demand planning, supply planning, continuous improvement, analytical or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Proficiency in computer applications/ software (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau) complemented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. You’re used to working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
  • Driven and self-motivated - you will be making a meaningful difference in our business and the lives of our employees and customers.
  • An effective collaborator who empowers and enables others to share ideas raises awareness, gains buy-in, and delivers fast and targeted solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments while being able to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines, and with a keen eye for detail
