About the role: 

As the Demand Programs Director for the Americas, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue for both new customer acquisition and expansion within current customers. The ideal candidate will work closely across the go-to-market organization to develop and deploy impactful account-based campaigns that resonate with mid-market target audiences.  

Your contribution will be: 

Pipeline Growth Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Americas, aligning with overall business objectives. 
  • Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) principles to identify and target high-value accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth. 

ABX Campaign Development: 

  • Create and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, social media, events, and other promotional activities within an ABX framework 
  • Develop and manage marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to convert leads into opportunities. 

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Monitor the effectiveness of demand generation programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and return on investment (ROI). 
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. 

Budget Management & Market Insights: 

  • Oversee the budget for pipeline generation efforts across Americas, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. 
  • Stay current on latest customer acquisition tactics, best practices, insights to inform strategy development and campaign optimization. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 8+ years in a senior demand generation or integrated campaign marketing role with experience delivering proven results and driving B2B account-based customer acquisition. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 
  • Proven track record of scaling ABM oriented demand generation programs for B2B SaaS companies, ideally in the mid-market segment. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. 
  • Experience with marketing technology, automation, and CRM systems. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and pipeline growth. 
  • Inherent curiosity and personal drive with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
