Are you looking for a unique opportunity where you can showcase your abilities in content creation? Reporting to the Creative Director, you will take on a pivotal role that bridges creativity, strategy, and collaboration. You will be driving the ideation, creation, editing, and continuous optimization of content that captivates our diverse audience and aligns seamlessly with our brand's tone of voice and messaging. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including product marketing, communications, SEO, CRM, sales, and business development, gaining a profound understanding of user behaviors and preferences across different customer segments and markets. Your ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives will be essential as you contribute to the success of product launches, strategic campaigns, go-to-market and customer engagement initiatives across each stage of the customer journey. Data-driven decision-making will be at the core of what you do, helping you fine-tune your creative approach and messaging. Working closely with our design team, you will ensure that the synergy between copy and design cultivates an on-brand, narrative-driven experience for our customers.

What you will do:

· Producing good quality ideas for Creative campaigns and projects, with a focus on LATAM and North America.

· Develop, execute design and deliver on both LATAM and NA's regional end-to-end Design & BAU needs.

· Maintain consistency and quality when delivering and approving creative.

· Developing understanding of how creatively answer briefs and the audience's needs.

· Developing the necessary skills to contribute to ideation, concept and design stages of campaigns, working closely with the project team.

· Developing cross-functional collaboration ability with relevant internal and external stakeholders and departments, including but not limited to the Regional Marketing Team, LCM, Product, Acquisition and Retention teams.

· Develop skills to present creative ideas to all internal audiences.

· Act as a PoC in the region for creative and brand queries and work closely with regional support agencies.

· Understand the importance of building relationships with other stakeholders.

· Actively develops software and system skills.

· Consistently lead by example to influence others and create camaraderie as part of the team.

· Understand the customer journey and buying cycle and our product offering to develop impactful creative work across different aspects of the marketing funnel.

· Deeply understand user behaviors and preferences across the regions you support.

· Live and breathe the company's Ways of Working and be an advocate for the brand.

What we are looking for:

· Minimum 2+ year’s experience in a design role.

· Good at interpreting and responding to client briefs.

· Expanding skills, conceptualization & visual communication with the ability to scamp ideas.

· Developing an understanding of creative delivery in print and digital and motion design for omni-channel campaigns.

· Good collaborator - working with Designers, marketers and copywriters.

· Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end customer journeys with he ability to create engaging and impactful design output.

· Integrity and high standards, putting quality at the heart of everything they do.

· Good creative judgment and attention to detail.

· Comfortable working in ambiguity and change management situations.

· Good communicator with proven ability to convey expected objectives and impact of your output in written, presentation and spoken formats.

· Passionate about understanding customer needs and their stories.

· Native speaker in Argentina and ability to communicate in English in both spoken and written word.

Not a must but a great advantage:

· Good understanding of the payments industry and its current evolution across the world.

· Small Business understanding and experience.

· Ability to speak and communicate in multiple languages.
