The Designer is responsible for the execution of high-quality visual and interactive web design deliverables, actively contributing to the successful implementation of website redesigns and scalable digital experiences.

This role focuses on crafting modern, engaging web experiences, combining strong visual design with interaction thinking. The Web Designer will contribute to end-to-end website redesigns, helping define layouts, UI components, and design systems that align with both user needs and business goals. By maintaining high design standards, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, this role contributes to project success, client satisfaction, and the evolution of our creative culture.

You Will 

  • Design high-fidelity web interfaces, layouts, and UI components
  • Contribute to full website redesigns from scratch, from concept to final delivery
  • Create interactive and visually engaging design solutions
  • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma
  • Apply Atomic Design principles and scalable frameworks
  • Produce and refine visual assets, including hero images and compositions (retouching, layout refinement)
  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution and strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate, build, and maintain rapport with Design Leads, developers, and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in client and internal presentations, communicating and justifying design decisions
  • Anticipate and flag risks related to quality, timelines, or delivery
  • Balance creative exploration with time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide reliable quality assurance on all visual design deliverables

You Have

  • Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and best practices
  • Balance strategic development with client objectives.
  • Stay up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in web design, visual design for web, or digital product design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI systems, and interactive experiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, and design systems)
  • Solid understanding of design systems frameworks (e.g., Atomic Design)
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing scalable web components and full-site experiences
  • Good understanding of UX principles and interaction design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (asset editing, hero images, retouching)
  • English proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
  • Strong design portfolio including pieces for international clients.
  • Experience working with design teams in at least 2 of these areas: on print, visual design, digital marketing, social media, illustration and motion areas, preferably for international clients and global brands.
  • Solid understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising and business strategy concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge of Figma, Photoshop
  • Solid knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint, After Effects, Premiere.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote) and workflow management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp).
