• Manage and build out the newly formed Content Production team
• Co-ordinate and own the content production roadmap
• Align roadmaps across product, brand and marketing
• Oversee and ensure overall quality of every asset being produced
• Build and maintain an adaptable repository of assets to be used across Personio
• Hands on production will be part of this role

• 10 years + experience of production experience
• Experience overseeing people and large programmes of work
• Deep craft experience in one or more of the following, motion design, iconography, video editing, digital asset production
• Large scale projects, ideally with global reach 
• Incredible visual design and execution
