As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will be integral in setting Databricks customers up for success through digital experiences and programs. 

Reporting to the Self-Service organization in Field Engineering, you will combine the organizational rigor of a program manager with the mindset of a lifecycle marketer. You'll work on some high-profile projects across highly technical teams. Through that collaboration, you’ll support multiple elements of the digital user experience, including creating messages for parts of the user journey, managing programs that support both digital and sales experiences, and managing content development to support campaigns. 

Together, we’ll continue to help our customers become successful and enthusiastic Databricks champions.

The impact you will have

  • Manage and launch complex, special projects related to the digital experience, such as using LLM-based chatbots, integrating digital with field teams, and enhancing new product introduction processes
  • Be a liaison between content and campaign teams to keep content projects organized and on time
  • Manage the development of self-service resources that accompany campaigns, such as step-by-step guides
  • Define processes that improve the consistency and efficiency of user journeys
  • Use data and team member input to define and launch programs and campaigns that enhance the digital experience, such as sales hand-off, re-engagement, and newsletter campaigns
  • Manage the automated digital user feedback program
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed on the digital experience projects and results
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and share insights with journey team members
  • Deliver the best messages by reviewing and editing content being launched

 

What we look for

  • 6+ years of B2B work experience
  • Expertise in organizing and driving complex projects across multiple teams while building strong relationships with those teams
  • Ability to connect pieces of information to understand broader goals and distill complex topics into clear, prioritized action items
  • Business writing skills with experience editing technical emails and content using a high level of empathy
  • Experience operating with a fast-changing project and company direction
  • Understand the customer journey and how to develop campaigns that spark engagement 
  • Uses data to make decisions
  • Takes action and has a self-motivated mentality
