What you’ll doWe are seeking an experienced Marketing & Patient Insights Analyst to join our MarTech team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing and optimizing marketing technologies that support search engine optimization (SEO), customer relationship management (CRM) and paid advertising. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decisions and enhancing marketing strategies through insightful analytics and reports.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key metrics for CRM, paid media, and SEO activities. Provide actionable insights that can lead to campaign optimization and improved ROI.
- SEO Analytics: Conduct detailed SEO analysis, including keyword research, backlink analysis, and webpage performance optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- CRM Analytics: Analyze customer data and engagement across various touchpoints to enhance customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and overall CRM strategies.
- Paid Media Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, etc…) to ensure efficient budget spend.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, CRM, Paid Performance, GTM, Data and IT departments to ensure alignment with the need/strategy
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to Marketing team members on analytics practices and tools, ensuring data-driven decision making is accessible across the team

You could be our next team mate if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Analytics, MarTech role or in Campaign Management.
- Experience in campaign management and understanding of the entire marketing funnel, from initial touchpoints to conversion, including the utilization of attribution models
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital advertising platforms, and SEO tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adjust/Appsflyer, Botify, SEMrush, Tableau, Metabase, Excel/Gsheet or similar.
- Experience with SQL and common data manipulation languages would be a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
