Your responsibilities will be supporting the region's marketing teams with digital events, like setting up the digital marketing events, driving the promotion, and ensuring post-event follow-ups, like list loading and swag commissioning.

To succeed, you are an excellent and agile teammate to work in the matrix environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Set up digital events using CRM systems
  • Support pre-event activities including
  • Setting-up SFDC campaigns
  • Opening POs
  • Submitting operation tickets
  • Create landing pages (splash)
  • Implement multi-channel promotional plans (email, social)
  • Draft program announcement
Support post event activities including
  • Email follow-up, List uploads, On-demand content
  • Program debrief
  • Build and manage monthly newsletters for regional and partner marketing programmes
  • Support the Regional Marketing Managers with daily administrative tasks
  • Submit MDF requests and claims via various partner portals
  • Follow-up on payments and MDF reimbursements to hit correct quarter
  • Work with partner operations to support partner campaign tagging
  • Manage swag orders for events
  • Monthly program / campaign hygiene review
  • Work with legal to get contracts reviewed, approved and signed
  • Source venues and catering
What You Bring Along:
  • Experience working in the B2B Enterprise tech/software space.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC & Marketo and Google Analytics, Splash and other marketing tools.
  • Dedicated and used to working across different timezone and cultures
  • Fast learner and attention to detail
  • Data-driven and analytical approach
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills
  • Full of positive energy but at the same time humble and ambitious
  • Juggle multiple projects
