The Role
At SO Home, digital marketing and CRM are at the core of our growth strategy. As a CRM and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll combine the technical expertise of CRM management with the creative vision of digital marketing. You’ll own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every interaction adds value, builds trust, and drives engagement.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll design and optimise CRM workflows, lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, and create data-driven strategies that help us reach and engage diverse audiences. Whether it's analysing customer data, scaling paid media efforts, or building workflows that drive retention, your impact will be felt across the business.

- Define and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Adapt campaigns for multiple audiences, including B2B and B2C, tailoring messages to resonate with diverse demographics.
- Manage and optimise CRM tools to build workflows, automations, and segmentation strategies.
- Analyse CRM performance, marketing campaigns, and customer data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content producers to develop engaging content that drives traffic, conversions, and retention.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to scale SEO, paid media, and automation efforts.
- Track analytics and continually refine strategies to maximise marketing performance.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with marketing, sales, and product teams to create seamless customer journeys.
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing team as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dynamic professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across CRM and digital marketing. You should be equally comfortable building workflows in a CRM system and brainstorming creative campaigns that drive engagement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency with major CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a strong understanding of lifecycle management.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM reporting.
- A knack for leveraging data to optimise both marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience managing external agencies and scaling paid media campaigns.
- A creative approach to solving challenges and driving results.
- A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work across teams to achieve business goals.
- Interest in AI tools and advancements to enhance marketing and CRM strategies.
