The Wow

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be creating and coordinating digital marketing actions with our 360-marketing team and external partners. You will be the point of contact for our agencies and marketing partners to cover strategy as well as maintain the day-to-day operations of digital marketing for the Betsson brand in Brazil. The role reports to the Country manager for Betsson Brazil.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The main success metric for this role is acquisition new customers (New depositing customers) and return on marketing investments.
  • Key metrics are conversion rates, share of voice, share of spend, CPA and NDC value.
  • You will design the digital marketing strategy with the Country Manager to plan quarterly marketing campaigns via digital channels and mass media.
  • You are familiar with the digital media landscape in Brazil and will own the relationship with local marketing agencies and central organisations to capitalise on opportunities in the market.
  • You will be responsible for working with central marketing teams within affiliation, sponsorship and digital channels to ensure that the correct guidance is given, and that marketing budget is spent efficiently.
  • You will design and be held responsible for all marketing campaigns
  • Manage supplier relationship, negotiations and on boarding process (contract and payment).
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, affiliates, DEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Build strategy and improve our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
You are good at:
  • At least 3 years with experience in a similar role, responsible for a budget, in gaming/gambling or other e-commerce related industry.
  • Understand onboarding customer journey, with a deep understanding of site metrics to understand where and why customers are dropping off the acquisition funnel.
  • Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and marketing contracts.
  • Creative mind-set, an ability to read data and site metrics with a data driven attitude to optimise and drive customer acquisitions.
  • Experience in digital marketing and deployment of marketing budgets in Brazil. Knowledge of all the digital marketing channels, proven experience in managing marketing planning and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian market, up-do-date about cultural and social trends, technology, and innovation.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese.
