Role: Digital Project Manager (9-Month FTC)
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Hours: 12pm-7.30pm
About the role:We are seeking a Project Manager to join our strategic partnership with a prominent international B2B events organisation, supporting their North American division. As a vital member of a 12-person team, you will form part of the management team supporting the successful running and organisation of the team. You will work across four product families in diverse sectors, supporting in ensuring optimsed team performance.
Supported by the team Business Director, you will play a pivotal part in connecting the team together to successfully drive forward marketing activities, you'll help streamline processes, keep a close eye of capacity of the team, support in problem solving to ensure flawless execution of the team’s output. Whilst building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, the Project Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks, and challenges of all the project deliverables, inclusive of budget and resource.

What you will be doing:- A passion for digital marketing and solid experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
- Organisation of project meetings, communicating and driving actions forward on behalf of team
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Supporting the team to manage capacity, be one step ahead and have a proactive mindset to finding solutions
- Strong project management skills and exceptional client engagement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Co-ordinate between various Marketing Managers and members of the team, during all project phases, encouraging transparency of delivery effort, deliverables and milestones.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team to understand status, issues and risks escalating to the Business Director where appropriate.
- Understanding of digital project requirements to support the wider marketing team.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to organise and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Build productive working relationships with team members, senior stakeholders and event owners to ensure priorities are understood by all impacted parties.
- Be an advocate for internal project management processes and support the lead marketing managers to improve their own internal process through guidelines, templates and ways of working
- Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project.
- Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met by all parties involved.
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
- A track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns and engagements.
- Confident working autonomously and integrating seamlessly with client-side teams
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- Experience in delivering business growth through strategic project management initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of project plans and execution with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of the project
- The ability to host clear, efficient and productive project meetings for differing stages of the project from kick off, discovery and so on, using a project methodology.
- Great communication skills that are tailored for the recipients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Confident working autonomously with partners or 3rd party agencies.
- Excellent presentation skills – both written and spoken.
- Events marketing experience is beneficial
- Experience in multiple industry sectors, B2B experience is a must.
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in a similar role.
