We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Digital Strategy and Insights Lead. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating digital performance data into brand and location-level insights that drive visibility, discoverability, and results.

You’ll combine consulting methodology with modern SEO, discovery optimization, and reporting practices to elevate client conversations and enable our teams to drive greater value.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver brand visibility and location-based digital performance analysis using Scout and associated data platforms
  • Lead Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs), Executive Briefings, and roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders across FINS, Healthcare, Retail, and Services
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools to distill complex findings into executive-ready insights
  • Provide thought leadership by turning client engagements into reusable playbooks, frameworks, and consultative toolkitsWork cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Sales, and Marketing to uncover opportunities and influence strategic programs
  • Contribute to building a scalable consulting motion for Scout, helping define deliverables, feedback loops, and measurable client impact
  • Stay current on trends in search marketing, reputation management, and AI-powered discovery experiences

What You Have

  • 4–7 years of experience in consulting (e.g., digital strategy, customer & marketing, transformation) at a Big 4 or boutique firm
  • Strong understanding of search marketing, local SEO, on-page optimization, and AI-powered site search
  • Experience with digital reporting/BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
  • Executive communication skills: you’re comfortable leading conversations with C-level clients and connecting data to business outcomes
  • Experience in FINS or Healthcare sectors a strong plus, particularly navigating compliance in digital channels
  • Familiarity with text-messaging or distributed-social platforms (Hearsay heritage is a plus, but not required)
  • Proven success creating scalable client assets: frameworks, insights decks, workshop content, and toolkits
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re excited to help shape a consulting function in a growing team

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.

Annual Base Pay Range$173,000—$207,500 USD
