  • You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way
  • You thrive on communicating  and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to scientists to executives 
  • You’re meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, look ahead to risks and mitigate then
  • You understand the business impact of operational improvements
  • You’re ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company

What skills do I need? 

  • BA/ BS (MS or MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years work experience in project / program management, management consulting, or operations management in the Life Sciences industry, specifically in pharmaceuticals
  • Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers or companies
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including delivering executive-level presentations
  • Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, 3rd party vendors, and internal resources
  • Experience working in GMP environments with understanding of software validation processes; preferred experience managing projects with GMP impact
  • Experience that’s a plus:
  • Agile and/ or scrum methodologies
  • PMP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Partner with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements
  • Lead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work
  • Understand technical project details enough to manage and escalate when needed
  • Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement
