As the Director of Strategic Corporate Partnerships, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping HelloFresh’s growth across all four brands - HelloFresh, GreenChef, Factor75 and EveryPlate - by developing and leading Corporate Partnerships, Strategic Joint Ventures, and Creator/Affiliate Marketing. This unique role demands an experienced, entrepreneurial, resourceful and data-driven leader to build scalable marketing partnerships that expand HelloFresh’s reach, engage new customer segments, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2C marketing, barter-model partnership development, and growth strategy - with a passion for fostering innovative collaborations that propels brands forward.

You will...

Corporate Partnerships & Strategic Joint Ventures

  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy to identify, build, and manage high-impact corporate partnerships that align with HelloFresh’s brand and growth objectives.
  • Identify and establish joint venture opportunities that create new customer acquisition channels and drive HelloFresh’s expansion into complementary markets.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with top brands across relevant industries, identifying areas for mutual value creation and synergy. 
  • Oversee partnership contract negotiations, managing all aspects of deal structuring, from concept to execution, to maximize value for HelloFresh.

Strategy & Growth

  • Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to build scalable strategies for partnership-led customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to shape and refine strategies, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for partnerships and affiliate programs.
  • Develop and implement creative campaigns that leverage HelloFresh’s unique value proposition and resonate with new and existing audiences.

Team Leadership

  • Coach, develop, manage and lead a team
  • Develop and hire against a staffing plan to achieve key growth targets for 2025

This position is highly performance marketing anchored, with success rooted firmly in customer acquisition vs. brand awareness. Familiarity influencing, running and scaling campaigns measured with growth marketing metrics - CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, CLV etc. - is critical.

  • A growth marketing strategist who can derive insights, recommendations and action plans from qualitative market trends, consumer feedback, and large data sets. 
  • Someone with outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and a keen ability to multitask and prioritize. 
  • Autonomous, able to prospect and identify new potential brand partners and pitch effectively the value of partnering with HFG
  • A strong negotiator able to secure deals with strong cross-brand benefits for customers 
  • A collaborative partner with a can-do, positive attitude that is solution-focused.
  • A strong communicator able to build strong relationships with partner C-suite

You have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in B2C marketing, partnerships, or growth consulting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate partnerships and/or joint ventures in a B2C environment.
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) - experience with eCommerce subscription models and metrics a plus.
  • Fluency in business modeling (Microsoft Excel), business writing (Microsoft Word), and idea presentation (Microsoft Powerpoint)
  • Exceptional strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities that align with HelloFresh’s business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly creative, data-driven mindset with a knack for translating insights into impactful campaigns.
  • At least 3 years of team management and inspiring leadership experience.
