Director, Culture and Inclusion
Our Opportunity:
At Chewy, it is our mission to be the most trusted and convenient destination for pet parents and partners – vets and service providers – everywhere. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That’s why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers! Chewy is looking for a Director, Culture & Inclusion to help lead the enterprise-wide Culture & Inclusion team that will build, embed and scale the programs that build an inclusive and high-performing culture. The ideal candidate will be a leader and builder to assess culture program needs/gaps and build embedment strategies that proactively align to Chewy’s operating principles and business objectives. Lead the team in crafting innovative Culture & Inclusion initiatives, partnering collaboratively across talent areas. This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent & Inclusion in Chewy’s global HR department and can be based in any of our main corporate offices in Plantation, FL, Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA.
