Joining Collibra as Director, Customer Marketing 

Collibra is looking for a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset to join our marketing team as Director of Customer Marketing. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you'll be responsible for the strategy and tactics that increase customer engagement and drive adoption, expansion and retention to achieve our GTM goals.  As a senior member of our team, you’ll help embrace and drive change ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient and continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business. Customer Marketing Directors at Collibra are responsible for: 
  • Providing strategic direction and vision to the Customer Marketing Function. Ensure that marketing performance and measurable business impact inform the global customer marketing go-forward strategy. 
  • Leading the Customer Marketing team and being a trusted partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams by understanding and supporting the needs of each region through careful and calculated planning of marketing tactics and programs that accelerate adoption, expansion and retention.
  • Scaling our customer advocacy programs and our reference accounts to align with industry benchmarks.
  • Driving thought leadership engagement through innovative events, community activities, and digital campaigns
  • Cultivating a vibrant and active community of Data Citizens 365, up and down organizations
You have:
  • 7+ years of customer marketing, customer success, customer programs or other equivalent professional work experience within a B2B SaaS company; with expertise  leading a global customer marketing organization at scale (EMEA, APAC)
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel customer marketing programs, targeting enterprise size customers. 
  • Big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to details – ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

  • A self-starter with strong project management skills and has the ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiar with developing global digital programs focused on customer adoption and engagement
  • Results-oriented who understands how align strategy and execution with objectives and goals
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Measures of success are:
  • Within your first month, you will learn the tools, systems, and processes within the Collibra Marketing team. You’ll get familiar with the Customer Marketing plans, strategy, and programs and make introductions with team members and stakeholders.  
  • Within your third month, you will have strategized with your key stakeholders to develop the ‘24 roadmap. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will develop programs that are scalable and be able to measure business impact. 
Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is $168,000 -$200,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
