About the role

• Manage and launch technical programs that span multiple engineering teams and organizational boundaries
• Guide strategic planning, leading discovery and prioritization by partnering with product managers, PMO and engineering leads to develop program plans including roadmaps, dependency identifications, and resourcing plans
• Communicate vision, plans and project status to management and key technical and business stakeholders
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs balancing the business needs versus constraints
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
• Oversee the budget for vendor services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with project financial goals.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics for vendors, ensuring they meet or exceed project requirements and SLAs.

In the role of Director, Enterprise Technology Operations, you will report to the Vice President of Enterprise Technology.

We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas, Texas.

About You

• You have a total of 12+ years of experience in the software industry with experience in developing, leading, managing and delivering complex projects and building software solutions end-to-end.
• Experience managing projects in software development, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Experience in vendor management, including managing contracts, performance, and budgets.
