What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Director, Global Human Resources Business Partners. 

You'll take charge of and expand our HRBP function, leading a team of top-notch HR Business Partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Performance Officer, you'll be a pivotal figure in molding our organizational culture, fostering talent growth, and ensuring that HR practices seamlessly align with our strategic goals.

As a vital member of the Employee Success team, you'll wield significant influence over the company's workforce strategy, performance management, talent and career mapping, employee relations, organizational design, management coaching, and various other critical HR programs. Your role is pivotal in steering the course of our HR landscape and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Partner closely with LogicMonitor’s Executive Leadership Team and HR Business Partners to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and business goals
  • Manage a team of Global HRBPs, providing coaching and mentoring 
  • Work with senior leadership to establish multi-year, annual, and quarterly strategic workforce plans
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, retention strategies, career development plans, addressing performance issues, and recognizing high achievers
  • Lead training and development programs, identifying training needs and enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, partnering with ELT and Talent Acquisition to harness the strengths of diversity and ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive and succeed
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition on organizational development, headcount planning, attrition forecasting, and evolving market expectations to remain agile and competitive in acquiring top talent
  • Assist with change management and communication efforts ensuring a smooth transition for employees as the organization adopts new ways of working
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and government regulations, partnering to implement additional HR policies and procedures needed for future growth

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years HR Business Partnership experience in high-growth environments
  • 3+ years people management experience - can serve as a leader, mentor, and coach
  • A true HR innovator, known for disrupting the status quo
  • Ability to connect business strategy to people initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering business results
  • Experience working with multiple cross functional leaders and effectively prioritizing their needs 
  • Proficient in designing and implementing performance management, retention, career pathing, organizational design, and other talent management programs
  • Strong communication and influence skills with all levels of leadership – ability to balance data-driven insights with empathy and a strong passion for people 
  • Strong problem-solving skills - capable of executing sound judgment while considering multiple perspectives and potential implications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, and related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in global HR and international labor laws is preferred

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$155,400—$213,700 USD
