THE ROLE

To fuel our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) who is equal parts strategist, operator, and change-maker. This is not a maintenance role. Come with your energy, come with your ideas, and come with your get-it-done mindset.

You’ll be architecting the organization, talent, and culture that keeps Everpure simple, sophisticated, and truly transformational at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Architect a Future-Proof, Data-Driven Organization: Partner with executives and leaders to design organizational models that speed decision-making, strengthen global collaboration, and scale with our growth ambitions.
    • Lead strategic workforce planning—integrating business, financial, and talent strategies—to ensure we have the right capabilities in the right locations at the right time.
  • Elevate Leadership and Manager Effectiveness: Serve as a trusted coach and thought partner to senior leaders, sharpening their ability to lead through transformation, complexity, and ambiguity.
    • Raise the bar on manager effectiveness, helping leaders build high-performance teams and have clear, courageous conversations about performance, growth, and accountability.
  • Build a Workforce That’s Ready for What’s Next: Define talent strategies that make Everpure a talent magnet—from succession and bench strength to critical role identification and internal mobility.
    • Partner across HR (TA, Total Rewards, Talent, HR Ops, Regional HR) to deliver fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions that future-proof our workforce.
  • Lead Transformation, Not Just Change Management: Jump into our biggest business and people challenges—from operating model shifts to M&A integration and productivity transformations—and cut through complexity with clarity and action.
    • Drive the people-side execution of transformations in ways that feel simple and intuitive for leaders and employees, even when the work underneath is highly sophisticated.
  • Make HR an Engine for Business Outcomes: Use people analytics and organizational health metrics to diagnose issues, influence decisions, and measure impact on productivity, cost, and risk.
    • Champion a culture that reflects Everpure’s values and HR focus areas—engagement, advisory excellence, and culture—so that people experience HR as a strategic accelerator, not just a support function.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven Strategic HR Partnership: Deep experience as a senior HRBP in global, high-growth, or tech environments, with a track record of influencing executives and shaping people strategies that move real business metrics.
  • Organizational Design & Scale Expertise: Demonstrated ability to architect and evolve org structures, operating models, and leadership capabilities that enable scale, speed, and clarity across complex, matrixed teams.
  • Business-First, Builder Mindset: You think like an operator and investor—comfortable connecting people decisions to P&L, productivity, risk, and growth. You enjoy building where playbooks don’t yet exist and can bring order, judgment, and momentum to ambiguous problems.
  • Data-Driven, Insight-Led Approach: You're fluent in using data, trends, and org health indicators to tell a compelling story, influence decisions, and continuously improve talent and org outcomes.
  • Resilience, Empathy, and a Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments, bring others with you, and model the kind of transparency, courage, and empathy that builds trust and followership.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $210,000—$338,000 USD
