Job Title: Director, Immigration and Global MobilityWanted: Expert in Global Workforce Mobility

We’re a global company, and we need someone who knows how to move talent across borders seamlessly. This isn’t a back-office compliance job—it’s about building a strategic, business-aligned global mobility function that enables our workforce to thrive while keeping us on the right side of the law.

We’re looking for a builder—someone who can create policies, processes, and frameworks from scratch. You’ll manage work visas, ensure immigration compliance, and design a global mobility strategy that balances business needs with employee experience. You’ll be starting as a one-person show, so there’s no team to delegate to (yet). If you’ve got the expertise, the grit, and the drive to build, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact.  If you’re looking to build a function that truly enables global talent mobility and you thrive in complexity, we want to hear from you!

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Build the Function: Create and implement a global immigration and mobility strategy that enables seamless cross-border movement.
  • Lead Immigration Efforts: Own all visa, work permit, and immigration processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Global Mobility Strategy: Design and implement relocation policies, tax considerations, and mobility frameworks that support business objectives.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to navigate complex immigration and mobility challenges.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Proactively identify immigration risks, manage audits, and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

 What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or employment law
  • Proven experience building or scaling a global mobility or immigration function
  • Deep expertise in international immigration laws, work visas, and tax considerations
  • Problem-solving mindset. You know how to remove barriers and keep things moving
  • Attention to detail and a strategic mindset. You see both the forest and the trees

What we offer:

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance (individual plan 100% covered) and FSA
  • 401K with employer match
  • Fitness reimbursement
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Fun office culture with supportive leadership
  • Community engagement opportunities
  • Relaxed dress code
