Your MissionAs the Director of Business Operations, you will:

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives by building collaborative “SWAT” teams that break down silos and foster cross-departmental collaboration. You’ll quarterback the design and execution of key initiatives, ensuring that critical stakeholders are aligned on the problems we need to solve, clear on how we plan to solve it and focused on delivering tangible outcomes.
- Monitor and Adapt Execution: Ensure continuous monitoring of strategic initiatives, identify risks, and implement course corrections when needed to keep projects on track. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the company meets its goals by staying agile and responsive to new insights.
- Governance and Decision Making: Establish governance structures that ensure effective decision-making, set up forums that support timely, data-driven decisions, and provide frameworks for identifying and resolving potential risks.
- Build Relationships and Influence: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating communication and ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities and execution plans.

- A Collaborative Leader: You excel at working across functions, building strong relationships, and driving collaboration between senior executives and functional teams.
- Execution-Oriented: You are adept at turning strategy into action, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects deliver the intended outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where agility is key.

- Strong project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing multiple high-stakes projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
