We are looking for a talented Director of Business Process & Project Management to join our innovative Center of Excellence in the operations department.
As the Director of Business Process & Project Management, you will be leading a team of Business Processes Managers (BPM’s), who are responsible for optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improving CX and reducing costs, as well as analyzing and refining business processes to enhance productivity and standardize operations. You will oversee project planning, execution, and alignment with business goals while managing cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, lead change management efforts, monitor performance through KPIs, and ensure the smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives. Your role involves working closely with stakeholders within and outside operations to align processes and projects with the organization's strategic objectives.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Leading high-impact projects and ensuring successful implementation.
- Monitoring progress, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the operations department needs are represented and met, and prioritise are set accordingly
- Identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation
- Developing your team capabilities through mentoring and professional growth initiatives

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- BSc. in Industrial Engineering / BA in management or economics or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a systems analysis/process engineer / BPM or project management in a high-tech company or management consulting.
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial role (directly managing people)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with project management
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams
- High level of spoken and written English
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Experience with customer centers and operational processes
- Experience Working With Remote Teams
- SQL experience
