The role

The Director Commercial Strategy will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and marketing senior leadership to drive the creation, implementation and oversight of the overall strategic direction and vision of the Global Growth Group. Your primary focus will be on analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and optimising business performance.

What excites you 

  • Develop and implement the corporate strategy to drive business growth and profitability across our self-serve business globally
  • Collaborate with senior management to define short-term and long-term strategic goals
  • Alongside Product Marketing, conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes
  • Monitor industry developments and recommend adjustments to the company's strategic plans
  • Champion a culture of innovation within the Global Growth Group, encouraging new ideas and approaches
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline commercial processes and enhance operational efficiencies within Global Growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial metrics
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments to support the company's growth objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives identified
  • Prepare and present strategic plans and recommendations to key stakeholders including C-Suite and Board level

What excites us  

  • Extensive experience in strategy, consulting, business operations or related area in a high-growth technology sector 
  • Previous experience of operating effectively & delivering in a similar role either within strategic planning or business operations
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced, complex, matrixed organisation  
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels, functions, and geographies; ease in dealing with senior stakeholders    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset
