**This role will be expected to work out of the NY office twice a week**About the People and Experience Team:
The VaynerX People and Experience Team (P.E.T.) partners with leaders and our people to help them fulfill their potential and realize transformational outcomes for our clients. What You'd Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX
- Partner with CCO and VP of Recruiting to identify recruitment needs, establish a strategy, and effectively source, recruit, and advise on qualified candidates and high standard of portfolios
- Utilize outside-the-box recruitment methods to continually find innovative and groundbreaking ways to find, attract, and hire top talent for your client-base.
- Provide data points and insights on hiring workstream to consistently improve the process and quality of the hiring funnel
- Continuously educate and train hiring managers and interview panels on recruiting best practices and guidelines.
- Research, identify and develop relationships with prospective candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, industry networking, and internal sources.
- Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by assembling powerful sourcing strategies
What You've Got:
- 7+ years of relevant experience recruiting within the creative advertising, marketing, digital design, or creative space
- A network, or an understanding, of the competitive marketplace within the creative industry across specifically: Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers from entry level to CD levels
- The ability to evaluate creative portfolios & candidates with ease, and the understandings and break-downs of creatively driven roles within advertising & marketing
- Experience managing a high volume of candidates
- Ability to learn new skills/processes/specialties quickly
- Comfortable carrying your own requisition load, keeping your recruiting skills sharp, and reinforcing mentorship and best practices to the Recruiting team

- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- Base Salary $140,000 - 190,000
