THE WOW

Reporting directly to the Director of CRM & VIP, this role requires strategic vision, leadership, and a deep understanding of customer behaviour to drive the CRM & VIP efforts in the group.

THE CHALLENGE:

You will definitely be busy! Here is a taste of what you will be involved with:

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Provide local Managing Directors with updates on CRM and VIP performance for their market.

Strategy Alignment:  

  • Work with the Head of VIP and the heads of each CRM lifecycle area to convert group strategy and objectives into specific, actionable goals. This alignment ensures that all activities support the overall strategic direction set for the group.

Review & Optimise:

  • Together with Analytics, conduct monthly CRM & VIP business reviews, examining budget investment and performance of each lifecycle area and customer segment.
  • Utilise insights from the reviews to continuously improve VIP efforts and CRM processes, including segmentation, offers, lifecycle management, and campaign effectiveness, leading to positive month-over-month changes in KPIs.
  • Present high-level market CRM & VIP KPIs and actions around optimisations initiatives to local Managing Directors.

Automation Excellence:

  • Educate CRM Campaign Operations teams about the capabilities of the CRM Database Operations function.
  • Enable teams to leverage our extensive data assets and predictive models for building complex segmentation and automated lifecycle journeys.

Audience Segmentation and Data Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with the Data Product team and Analytics to enhance audience segmentation.
  • Support the development of machine learning models, dashboards, and campaign performance reporting to drive data-driven decisions in the CRM & VIP area.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years CRM and VIP experience is essential; ideally gained within the online gaming industry.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy, optimisation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Whilst you may not be strong in technical know-how, you are comfortable managing a team responsible for our CRM Database Operations, campaign segmentation execution and SQL tools.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience from working in SQL and Qliksense will be considered as a plus
