Role summary
We are looking for a highly talented Director of CSM Management based in Shenzhen to support our growing business in Greater China – acting as a Team Leader and turning data into insights/strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impact to business results.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. Candidate should possess account management background that enables him or her to drive engagement with respective stakeholders. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute on customer development plan on a scale.

What you’ll do
- Work with sales management team to enhance business understanding, key customer drivers, and track sales growth.
- Provide recommendations and actions, based on strategic objectives, forecast and performance metrics.
- Able to identify and initiate new projects or programs to drive business growth with creativity.
- Solid project management experience as well as result-oriented working habit.
- Lead and create presentations for business discussions with senior management/country managers on sales summaries and potential new areas of business.
- Define and evaluate analytical KPIs for sales workflows to ensure healthy growth of the business.
- Develop reports and dashboard to analyze and development of the sales funnel / operational metrics and delivering insights to the business and management on an ongoing basis.
- Analyze Sales & Account Management Results and identify areas for strategic focus and development.
- Work with Product & Data Department on integrating data from various sources and creating analytical models.
- Develop tracking tools and methodologies, compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends.

- Growing the company’s capability in financial services industry and develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with the analytics, business development managers, sales, and delivery teams for developing offerings and cross-selling to existing clients and prospects.
- Review and propose process improvement that drive client and market penetration.
- Build business success stories and case studies.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Draft various business reports.
Who you are
- BA/B.Sc. in Economics / Statistics / Math / Industrial Engineering or other quantitative field from top universities.
- 10+ years of related experience in cross-border payment industry, including 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Team Leader in a fast-moving business environment.
- Proven track record of delivering visibility and insights toward improving business result with data dashboard, deep dive insights and financial modeling.
- Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing, and forecasting the financial impact.
- Able to identify and initiate new projects or programs to drive business growth with creativity.
- Solid project management experience as well as result oriented working habit.
- Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure.
- Native Mandarin with high level of English communications
