As our new Director of Enterprise Product Marketing, you'll shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise segment, strengthening Trustpilot's position as a valuable partner for businesses worldwide. In this strategic individual contributor role, you’ll work cross-functionally to align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a cohesive approach to enterprise growth.

Thriving in this role requires a deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, experience in guiding strategic shifts, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams towards a shared vision. This is not just about product marketing - it's about taking a holistic, strategic approach to facilitate effective teamwork across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing Trustpilot's continued growth and evolution in the enterprise market.

As our Director of Enterprise Product Marketing, you will guide the development of our go-to-market strategy, ensuring Trustpilot continues to adapt and innovate in global markets.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will have a key leadership role in enhancing our enterprise positioning, shaping our messaging, and implementing strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth. By working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you’ll develop a narrative that resonates with enterprise customers and contributes to Trustpilot’s continued expansion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and carry out a world-class enterprise product marketing strategy, defining key success metrics and aligning efforts with Trustpilot’s broader business objectives.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Trustpilot’s enterprise offerings, ensuring they address the needs of key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new enterprise product launches and enhancements, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Develop compelling sales enablement materials, including playbooks, pitch decks, and customer case studies, empowering Sales and Customer Success teams to engage enterprise clients effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the enterprise landscape.
  • Optimize pricing and packaging strategies to ensure strong product-market fit and drive sustained growth in the enterprise segment.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, producing insights and content that position Trustpilot as a trusted partner in the enterprise space.
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback, iterating on messaging and strategies to continuously improve go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to inform roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Ensure alignment across commercial and operational teams, ensuring a seamless and consistent enterprise customer journey.

Who you are:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a solid background in the enterprise segment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer behavior, sales cycles, and competitive dynamics.
  • Capability to craft compelling narratives and positioning that resonate with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Extensive experience in go-to-market and implementation including product launches, sales enablement, and demand generation.
  • Skilled communicator and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical approach, using data and market insights to support decision-making.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Commitment to customer-focused marketing and a drive to develop meaningful programmes that create value.
