The Role

The Director of Field, Partner, and Digital Marketing will be a key member of the Marketing organization. Our ideal candidate will lead the strategy and execution for all field and partner marketing including corporate conferences, partner events, webinars, and demand generation programs working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to deliver success. In addition, this person will create co-marketing programs for key agency and technology partners. This role will be instrumental in driving lead and account engagement, pipeline growth, and optimizing customer acquisition costs via direct and partner relationships.

Cool Stuff You'll Do

  • In collaboration with marketing and sales leadership, create an integrated strategy and execution plan for field marketing, partner marketing, and digital engagement. 
  • Drive engagement and pipeline for the sales organization through field marketing and partner marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments in marketing to develop strategies and supporting content that drives quality leads and engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Research, choose, design and manage the appropriate mix of live and virtual events to build pipeline and awareness in the overall marketing mix. This includes industry, networking, customer, and co-sponsored events and, when appropriate, webinars.
  • Map events and conferences to the different market segments including but not limited to key verticals and sales segments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, SDR's, and marketing leaders to ensure strong execution and measurable results.
  • Create post-event, program and campaign analysis with outcome tracking and recommendations to improve value.
  • Manage a team of 3+ people and lead their development

What You Bring To The Table

  • 10+ years of experience in Field, Event Marketing or Partner marketing.
  • Experience running other field programs beyond physical events (webinars, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.)
  • Experience managing and executing digital campaigns to support in person and virtual events
  • Experience creating co-marketing programs with digital agencies or technology partners 
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Good understanding of the web technologies industry and the web development community
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce and 6sense
  • Experienced leader with proven success scaling an impactful marketing team to lead the company growth to $200M and beyond
