Director of Finance, Accounting, and Revenues

The Director of Finance, Accounting and Revenues is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the Vice President (VP) of Finance. As a key member of the global finance leadership team, this role oversees the financial reporting process, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and drives financial performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will deeply understand accounting principles, financial reporting and revenue recognition, and will have a proven track record in a public company environment, particularly one listed on NASDAQ.

What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a significant portion in a public company environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and revenue recognition standards.
- Proven experience in managing financial reporting for a NASDAQ-listed company.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
