It has been an amazing journey and we have no intention of stopping now!As the Director of Product for the Rider Journey domain you will shape how our users move around in a safe, sustainable and seamless way. You will lead an existing team of product managers responsible for the entire rider facing app experience including the Growth, Payments, Rides and Compliance teams.You will also work on deepening our relationships and products facing public transport and commercial distribution partners.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

By being at the forefront of Voi’s customer experience, you will work on attracting more riders, and make existing riders ride more. Your responsibilities include:

• Set vision, strategy and goals for your product domain in line with corporate strategy and goals
• Mentor and support Product Managers, providing them with the resources and guidance to grow as individuals and professionals
• Identity new business opportunities and generate product hypotheses in a data driven and pragmatic way
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Make sure the Rider Journey team are not only doing things right, but also working on the right things, prioritising and focusing our efforts

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

• To be able to succeed in this role we believe you have extensive experience of leading product teams
• Extensive leadership experience in a end user focused company
• Feeling comfortable working in an industry where we need to write our own playbook
• Deep appreciation and proficiency in data analysis, coupled with the ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
• Experience of working with technical as well as non-technical stakeholders, both within and outside of Voi
• Ability to juggle different priorities and also have the rare gift of researching and challenging to understand what’s actually most important to reach business goals
