In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the product strategy, ensuring that our privacy-first solutions continue to set industry standards while driving business growth. As a senior leader, you will manage a team of Product Managers, foster collaboration across departments, and shape the next generation of privacy technology.We’re looking for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in product leadership, B2B SaaS, and data privacy. You are equally comfortable setting long-term vision as you are making data-driven product decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Your Tasks- Product Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, identify emerging market opportunities and oversee the execution of the product development lifecycle while ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and establish best practices for product discovery, prioritization, and execution while fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Customer & Market Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, develop deep market expertise (stay informed on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), industry trends, and competitor activities) and work closely with commercial teams to translate customer needs into impactful product solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with different internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution, drive alignment between product, business, and technical teams and present product vision and roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders, advocating for necessary investments and strategic shifts.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Execution: Establish KPIs to measure product success and continuously optimize the product experience, leverage A/B testing, analytics, and qualitative insights to validate assumptions and improve product performance. Finally, ensure that Usercentrics' solutions remain compliant with global privacy regulations, supporting customers in maintaining trust and transparency.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years leading a team of Product Managers.
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in the privacy, security, or compliance space.
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and others) and their impact on digital products.
- A track record of defining product vision, strategy, and execution plans in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, working closely with engineering, UX, gtm, and legal.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and backlog prioritization.
- Strong leadership qualities: mentor, motivator, and strategic thinker with a passion for building high-performing teams.
