About the role

This is a critical role in transforming our business and solution offering to our customers. We have a bold strategy to take our successful domain solutions and become a category leader, offering best in class enterprise suite solution in the aftermarket space. You will play a pivotal role in this transformation and work closely with other product and technology leaders to help us execute on this strategy.

What would you do?

• Lead the technical platform product team, guiding the investment and roadmaps for building platform capabilities to create value for customers, domain product teams and improve development ROI. 
• Data Platform and decision insights (including AI / ML) propositions 
• Lead CSX (synergy between different domain solutions) strategy and execution
• Monitor, understand, educate, and act on market trends to ensure Syncron maintains and expands its leading position; work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success and engineering to deliver world-class products.

Who you are? / What we expect:

• Proven experience as a Director of Product Management, or similar senior product management role.
• Background in enterprise B2B SaaS; ideally managing platform solutions and horizontal capabilities.
• Have experience in building and leading technology and / or data product teams
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The icing on the cake:

• Experience within the aftermarket domain 
• Knowledge of either Pricing, Supply Chain or Field Service Management
