Role Description:
The Director of Product Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and supporting integrations and partnerships that enhance our product’s value and market presence. This role involves evaluating potential partnerships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the integration of partner capabilities into our product ecosystem. The Director will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful partnership outcomes.
This role will be based in our New York, NY office.What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for product partnerships, aligned with overall product strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and develop partnerships with a range of partners
- Oversee the integration and partnership to ensure the successful launch of new products and features
- Set and achieve shared KPIs with partners across range of metrics
- Provide sales enablement support and maintain productive relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for product partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
- Work from ideation to execution, including developing proof of concepts to assess opportunities and create buy-in.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product management
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Experience in SaaS or a strong interest in software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
- Strong network of contacts
- Can-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presence
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Familiarity with API-based integrations.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $180,000 - $210,000.
