About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Director of Revenue Operations to lead our European Revenue Operations team, based in our Copenhagen office. This role is critical to supporting our go-to-market strategy and will work closely with the VP of Sales, Europe, while reporting into the Senior Director of GTM Operations.

As a senior leader in the RevOps function, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's revenue-generating processes, including sales and customer success, and lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals. You will own pipeline management practices, forecasting, and implementing changes and best practices to drive revenue growth. You will have a crucial part in making informed decisions based on data, enhancing sales effectiveness, and facilitating scalable expansion throughout our European operations.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end pipeline process across the European sales teams. Ensure consistent pipeline quality, data hygiene, and process alignment to drive predictability and growth.
  • Forecasting & Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate, data-driven forecasting models. Lead the European forecast process in partnership with sales leaders, providing insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Regional Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of RevOps professionals based in Copenhagen. Provide effective operational leadership, coaching, and career development opportunities.
  • Process & Tool Optimisation: Collaborate with global GTM Ops and Sales Enablement to ensure our CRM and sales tech stack supports regional needs. Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable dashboards and reporting for European sales leadership. Translate data into insights that inform strategic decisions and help optimize performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure regional alignment on goals, KPIs, and initiatives. Be a connector between strategy and execution.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience designing and delivering Revenue Performance Insights, Sales coverage modelling, Sales productivity, revenue reporting, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, proficient in managing multiple tasks individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Adept verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively cross functionally and across regions
  • Experience supporting or partnering closely with sales leaders across EMEA or international markets.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, as well as sales analysis software like Looker, and operational blueprints.
  • Effective in cultivating and enhancing team performance.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consistently focused on details and skilled in innovative problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages is beneficial.
  • Based in Copenhagen
