This role will lead our Customer Engineering and Solution Architecture teams, responsible for the successful technical delivery of Narvar’s platform to some of the world’s most recognizable retail brands. You'll manage and grow the team, while also partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementation efficiency, technical quality, and product usability.

You will play a key role in both delivery execution and strategic planning — driving the repeatability, scalability, and consultative excellence that defines best-in-class technical services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and develop the Technical Services function, including Customer Engineers and Solution Architects, with direct oversight of the CE Manager and key senior ICs
  • Own the team’s approach to technical discovery, integration design, and implementation execution, ensuring delivery is consistent, scalable, and high quality
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted technical partner to key accounts
  • Lead technical escalations, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve critical issues quickly and transparently
  • Develop and enforce delivery standards through repeatable frameworks, templates, and internal tooling
  • Guide pre-sales architecture discussions to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with delivery capacity
  • Act as the voice of the field to R&D — driving a structured feedback loop around implementation friction, documentation gaps, feature needs, and engineering responsiveness
  • Champion efforts to make the Narvar platform more implementation-ready, scalable, and customer-usable
  • Partner with our India-based Manager to ensure global consistency in delivery practices, technical standards, and team enablement
  • Define and track KPIs around delivery velocity, implementation quality, team productivity, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture roles
  • 5-7+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams, including people managers and senior ICs
  • Strong technical expertise with APIs, JavaScript, and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato)
  • Deep experience delivering complex, integrated SaaS solutions for Enterprise or Strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and escalations, with a calm, consultative, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proven success building and scaling repeatable delivery processes, technical best practices, and enablement resources
  • Ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmaps and improve cross-functional outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Below is the estimated annual salary for this position and does not include the other components that make up a Narvar offer including: annual bonus, equity, and benefits.The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location. Narvar Pay Range$175,000—$210,000 USD
