TeamOrigination & Relationship Management is responsible for prospecting, developing and managing all B2B relationships (banks, credit unions, distribution partners) for the US.
Your ResponsibilitiesYou will proactively source and close new distribution partnerships with RIAs, Wealth Managers, FinTechs, etc. (we are looking for someone with a “hunter” mentality)
You will further develop our vision and strategy for the US market
You will negotiate deal terms with potential new distribution partners, and when successful, lead the onboarding phase
You will analyze market trends in the cash and savings asset class, understand the bank side of our platform, and provide input for the further strategic development of our platform
You will ensure leads are adequately processed and supported
You will manage ongoing client relationships and ongoing sales
You will take ownership of responsibility, overcome obstacles and deliver on commitments
You will manage special projects as assigned
6+ years in a senior role in global markets sales or investment banking relationship management in the financial services industry
Extensive knowledge of wealth management and/or banking sector areas (cash and savings, capital markets, product management, treasury, etc.) and in-depth technical understanding of digital savings solutions
Ideally, experience with RIAs and Wealth Managers
Strong and established network
Professional experience in execution of projects in the financial services sector
Proven executing and closing skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication, outstanding presentation capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Highly motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and team player
