  SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE  

We're looking for a Director, PEAK Programs & Operations who is customer-obsessed and driven to innovate as we build and transform how we make content and education available to employees, customers, and partners when they need it. The right candidate will help scale global education and enablement programs along with establishing and driving world-class content and learning experiences. You will be strategic, creative, not afraid to roll-up sleeves, and have demonstrated drive to solve real customer problems and revolutionize learning experiences. This leadership role will report into the Performance, Education, and Knowledge (PEAK) Team as part of the global Customer Experience organization comprising Technical Services, Professional Services, PEAK, Portfolio, and Customer Success. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team focused on driving organizational operations, strategic programs and events, change management, knowledge management, community, and furthering solutions through a strategic education technology stack, analytics, reporting, and operational excellence.
  • Is a trusted business partner to key stakeholders to consult and provide expertise on how PEAK can drive and deliver business outcomes and results.
  • Provide oversight and leadership to effectively align projects/programs and ensure organizational goals are executed with excellence and on time.
  • Develop and execute on comprehensive strategies aligned with company and organizational objectives with strong project management, collaboration, and L&D expertise.
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities that drive scale, innovation, and results.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth by driving awareness, adoption, and consumption of PEAK programs and services internally and externally.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to team members and across the organization.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a high-growth and performing organization driving enablement, learning, certifications, and knowledge management programs.
  • Proven track record of driving results through learning programs and strategies.
  • Experience scaling, innovating, and driving operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead across an organization.
  • Superior project/program management, change management, and time management skills.
  • Experience managing a team that works collaboratively, globally, and cross-functionally
  • Expert communication skills and ability to effectively manage stakeholders of all levels internally and externally.
 

The annual base salary range is: $182,000 - $291,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
