As the Director, People Shared Services, you will lead the strategic vision and operational execution of our global people operations. This role focuses on optimizing shared services to deliver seamless, efficient HR processes that support our growing organization. You will champion a collaborative culture, driving innovation while ensuring transparency and excellence in service delivery. What You'll Do:

  • Leadership of Shared Services: Direct the overall strategy and implementation of People Shared Services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Process Optimization: Design and manage scalable HR processes that enhance efficiency and service delivery across all employee lifecycle events.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring standardized processes and technologies are effectively utilized to resolve issues promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead initiatives that involve multiple departments to enhance service delivery and improve the employee experience.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure accurate HR data management and compliance with audit requirements while utilizing analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Employee Experience Focus: Champion the implementation of best practices in shared services that enhance the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • System and Process Oversight: Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting.
  • Policy Development: Formulate and communicate organizational policies that reflect our mission and strategic objectives, ensuring compliance and clarity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders—including People, Payroll, IT, and Finance—to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Innovative Solutions: Leverage technology and data-driven insights to innovate HR service delivery and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Development: Foster a high-performing team environment, developing and mentoring shared services staff to ensure exceptional service delivery

What You Bring: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in HR operations, specifically within shared services environments
  • Consultative Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and influence without authority, effectively navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, scalable environment.
  • Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on accuracy; adept at using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Project Management Expertise: Significant experience leading the implementation of complex HR programs and systems.
  • Leadership Passion: A commitment to leading and developing diverse teams, creating an inclusive environment that motivates staff at all levels.
