AI/Generative AI is at the heart of ThoughtSpot’s differentiation and is looking for a Director of Product Management - AI. You will be responsible for shaping the future of ThoughtSpot’s AI vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will be innovating at the intersection of AI and design to make insights consumption both easier to use as well as more powerful, thereby delivering significant value to our customers, deepening our competitive advantage and pushing the analytics industry forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute our AI/Generative AI product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in the application of AI in analytics workflows (Search, Conversations, Augmented Insights, Data manipulation etc.), staying up-to-date on relevant trends and technologies
  • Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with Engineering and Design Leads
  • Work closely with customers to understand their data operations and make sure the product meets their needs
  • Develop consensus among stakeholders for product strategies and initiatives
  • Facilitate customer and field involvement in collecting product feedback and driving it to actionable follow-up
  • Work with GTM teams to develop sales & marketing tools, including product collateral, presentations, competitive analysis, videos, and articles
  • Closely monitor, measure, and interpret key metrics across the organization.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years’ experience in product management with a focus on Conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), or related fields
  • Proven experience in building and scaling AI/Generative AI products 
  • Experience building enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products
  • Launching and managing UI-heavy products. Good eye for design, detail-oriented and with strong empathy for users.
  • Metrics oriented, data-driven and analytical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with different stakeholders to get the desired result.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Engineering background preferred.
