Narvar is growing! We are hiring a strong Product leader who has proven experience in owning and growing best-in-class technical integrations around a powerful SaaS platform. You will be an integral part of a team that is helping drive the next wave of Narvar’s growth.  

We’re looking for someone who has deep product experience connecting third-party platforms with popular commerce platforms and/or home-grown Order Management Systems. Past experience connecting with payment gateways, inventory management tools, point-of-sale, CRMs and CDPs desired. 

Day-to-day

  • Create & partner to launch solutions that improve the onboarding process or value-added benefit to Narvar’s product line for existing retailers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Narvar’s product line, recognizing areas best suited for third-party connections, and knowing where to turn to for the right answers
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize the roadmap for your product area
  • Specify, prioritize, and communicate product specs, using PRDs that contain user stories, business rules, flows, interaction design guidance, and use cases
  • Use customer & market research, user feedback, customer usage, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
  • Identify and interpret immediate and/or upcoming client needs and work with the team to develop a product feature plan that addresses them
  • Develop strong relationships with Engineering and Design to create world-class experiences for our client's brands 
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure consistency and compatibility across all Narvar products
  • Define and analyze key product feature metrics and understand how to optimize features post-launch
  • Interface with clients to gather requirements, iterate on product features, and generally enforce our role as a valued business partner
  • Experience working with a customer service platform, in addition to expertise in integration with retail platforms 
  • Experience with chat bot features, integrations, ticketing to retailer's customer support team, logistics team, etc. via their platforms
  • Strong ability to communicate with retailers regarding Narvar's value add-- and translate customer requirements in order to achieve this

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of software product management working in SaaS startup environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal resources based around-the-world
  • Technical background, from reading API documentation, to a formal education in programming is highly desirable
  • An action-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organization skills and the natural ability to make things happen around you
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity
  • Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders
  • Strong awareness of commerce, retail and/or logistics
  • Past experience as a system integrator is a plus
