Director, Strategic Growth

The Team:
The Strategic Growth team is a highly skilled group of strategists working together to build long-term customer relationships and drive top-line growth for Celonis through strategic deals across our global markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Growth, you will collaborate closely with Enterprise sales teams and executive leadership on Celonis’ largest and most strategic accounts.
This role is all about partnership – across teams, functions, and levels. As a Strategic Growth Director you will shape account strategies, craft compelling C-level value propositions, structure complex deals, and lead negotiation planning and execution for large-scale engagements. Our team operates like a high-impact task force, bringing together diverse expertise to solve complex challenges and support Celonis’ most important deals.

The work you'll do:
- Work shoulder to shoulder with Enterprise sales teams to define commercial strategies, prioritize sales initiatives, and align our solutions with our customers’ needs
- Craft and deliver compelling C-level narratives to drive strategic technology decisions
- Articulate how Celonis’ solutions enable business transformation at scale
- Develop investment justifications to secure customers’ funding for Celonis solutions
- Structure high-value, creative deal proposals and articulate the value of our Proposals
- Collaborate on negotiation strategies and drive their successful execution
The qualifications you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in consultative, strategic, and analytical customer-facing roles
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives
- Creative, high-energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable running initiatives and programs independently
- Thrive in working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Sales and Solution Engineering
- Deep quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills, with proven business insight and judgment
- Background in a Top-Tier Strategy Consulting Firm (McKinsey / BCG / Bain) is a strong plus
- Experience in Life Sciences or High Tech industries a plus
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and understanding their dynamics
- Experience in Technology or Enterprise Software is preferred
- An MBA is highly desirable, as is a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule. $160,000—$190,000 USDWhat Celonis Can Offer You:
